We will attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days. Step 2: Arbitration (if applicable) If informal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Thane, Maharashtra. Exceptions: • Claims related to intellectual property infringement • Claims for injunctive relief • Claims involving amounts below INR 50,000 may be brought in small claims court C. Class Action Waiver You agree to bring claims against SCM LOG only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. D. Limitation Period Any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.

13. General Provisions A. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and SCM LOG regarding your use of the Site.
